Crownpeak’s Content Management System (CMS), or DXM, is Software as a Service (SaaS). This means that in order to manage content, you only need an internet connection, and a web browser.

DXM requires specific applications and browser settings. If you are using the Classic UI please see Appendix B: Classic UI System Requirements on page 25 for more information. This guide will show you the steps to install the required applications, configure your system, and log into Crownpeak.
