I am working on creating a Drag and Drop Template and followed the below documents for guidance:

Looks like its not activated for our instance. Because I do not the see content-blocks in the Blocks panel.

(I added the Drag and Drop Templates to Asset Id: 14486)

Can you please take a look and advise.
