Enable Content Blocks for Drag and Drop

If you are editing a Drag and Drop page, and you don't see this message in Preview mode or content blocks do not turn blue, your instance may need a configuration update.

First try to Force Reload the page.

If that does not activate drag and drop , contact support and make a request to enable the v3EnableContentBlocksPanel configuration setting.
