As part of Crownpeak's commitment to providing our customers with a secure connection experience to our systems, we are removing support for TLS 1.1 connections on DQM (https://dqm.crownpeak.com). The TLS 1.1 protocol has been deprecated since March 2021 in favor of TLS 1.2 - see https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/rfc8996/ for more information.
Customers should not have to make any changes in how they connect to DQM. Crownpeak will continue to support TLS 1.2 connections going forward and all modern browsers should be able to use this. Please contact your IT department if you have any questions on the above.
Crownpeak will remove support for TLS 1.1 over the weekend of 2nd and 3rd of July.
