This release (23.15.01) contains minor enhancements and new countries support in UCP.

Added a UCP feature to display Categories as "Required" if all vendors in that category are marked as essential.
Extended UCP support for more countries (Guadeloupe, Reunion, Guernsey, St. Barthelemy, Isle of Man, St. Martin, French Guiana, Jersey, St. Pierre and Miquelon, French Polynesia, Martinique, Wallis and Futuna, Gibraltar, Mayotte, United Arab Emirates, Mauritius, and Belarus).
