This release contains bug fixes and WSS support in TC for UCP.

Bug fixes for UCP notices to comply with WCAG & ADA compliance.
TagControl now supports WSS protocol, and an updated TC collector to capture WSS protocol URLs.
TagControl users can add WSS hosts manually from the UI.
Added new PingActions in UCP to capture more user actions.
Bug fix for Privacy Collector when custom UserId is passed.
