This release (23.20.0) contains the following minor enhancements for TagControl and Sitenotice2:

TagControl now supports whitelisting tags at vendor level. See the Whitelisting tags at the vendor level article.
TagControl UI now has the ability to search sites using the GUID.
Discover, ScotiaBank - update SiteNotice2 to have "Apply changes" and "Cancel" buttons.
Displaying count of vendors with direct opt-out functionality on "Optout All" button and other minor enhancements.
