Updated Tag Auditor (MCM) Password Requirements

We've updated the requirements for Tag Auditor (MCM) passwords

If you're a new user, OR you hit 'forgot my password', the following rules are now required for password entry:

• One lowercase letter
• One uppercase letter
• One number
• One special character (!, @, #, etc.)
