According to the following feature request:

the formerly removed write access API for the SYSTEM.PERMISSIONSERVICE will be available again with FS 4.2 R4. Currently, we use FS 4.2 R4 build 414.
Our questions:
- where can we find the corresponding API documentation?
- which java packages do contain the relevant classes?
- how to use it? (is there a sample/pseudo code available?)
