This sounds like you've got a mix of jars from different FirstSpirit versions in your class path (5.0 and 4.2).

Hi Antonio,

are you using the same version ( 5.0.606.65744 of the fs-access.jar) in Eclipse to connect? If the versions are different, you aren't able to connect.

Best regards

Sahin

Hi Sahin,

if I use a different fs-access version from the server version I get a different message...

Wrong client version.......etc etc...

I use locally the same version. FIRSTspirit-Version: 5.0.606.

with...

ConnectionManager.testConnection("XXXXXXXXXXXX", 80, ConnectionManager.HTTP_MODE);

I got back

Exception in thread "main" de.espirit.firstspirit.access.AccessIOException: Connection problem:Authorisation error - java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: de.espirit.common.util.SystemSettings.getDevKey()Ljava/lang/Class;

Hi Peter,

yes, it was a conflict between fs-access 606 and a old module lib from 425.
