Hi Seth,

the error msg shows, that an outgoing reference might be the problem. From what I can see, there is a reference to "legal_disclosure_list" - what permissions do the affected users have on this element, and what type of element is this?

Additionally, do you have an idea about what the affected users might have in common? Because you say it's only certain users, who are facing this problem - a missing permission might almost certainly cause the problem.

Best regards,

Hannes

Hi,

in order to reproduce this it would be handy to know which permissions the users have on this page.

Hello Seth,

you mentioned that the users have all rights except the ones for metadata. So could it be that the pages, which cause the error, have metadata?

Hello Seth,

do you need further help or did Michaela's reply already help you? If so, it would be great if you marked her reply as "correct answer" so that other community users find the solution easily. If you have already found a solution by yourself, it would be very kind of you, if you posted it here.

Best regards

Hi Michaela,

We currently don't have any meta-data for pages.
