Betrieb des FirstSpirit-Servers unter Windows 2008
Beim Betrieb des FirstSpirit-Servers unter Windows 2008 kann es in einigen Fällen zu Fehlverhalten im BerkeleyDB-Repository kommen.
Dieses Verhalten ist vermehrt in Verbindung mit Dateisystemen aufgetreten, die per NFS/NAS oder über Virtualisierungstechnik wie z.B. VMWare eingebunden sind.
Daher sollte in allen Windows 2008 Installationen des FirstSpirit-Servers in der "fs-server.conf"-Datei der Parameter "repository.je.log.useODSYNC=true" ergänzt werden:
repository.je.log.useODSYNC=true
Wichtig: Der Schalter ist nur wirksam, wenn Windows 2008 R2 SP1 verwendet wird!
Diese Empfehlung gilt für Windows Installationen von FirstSpirit 4.2.x und 5.0.

Running the FirstSpirit server on Windows 2008
Using the FirstSpirit server on Windows 2008 may in some cases lead to problems in the BerkeleyDB repository.
These problems has increasingly occurred in conjunction with remote file systems (NFS / NAS) or in virtualization environments (VMWare etc.).
Therefore, all in Windows 2008 installations of the FirstSpirit server you should add the parameter "repository.je.log.useODSYNC=true" to the "fs-server.conf" file:
repository.je.log.useODSYNC = true
Important: This property only works if Windows 2008 R2 SP1 is used!
This recommendation applies to Windows installations of FirstSpirit 4.2.x and 5.0.
