JDK Bug in Java 1.6 und 1.7
In den letzten (Security-)Updates der Java-Laufzeitumgebung von Februar 2013 ist ein JDK-Bug im Bereich der Dialogfensterbehandlung hinzugekommen. Dies hat an Auswirkungen auf die Funktionalität des FirstSpirit JavaClients und der Administrationskonsole in Version 4.x und 5.x.
Betroffen sind die Oracle JDK/JRE Versionen
Aktuell sind zwei Funktionen im FirstSpirit bekannt, die von diesem JDK-Bug betroffen sind:
- Administrationskonsole: Import von Projekten
- JavaClient: Externe Vorschau von Bildern aus der Medienverwaltung
e-Spirit wird mit den nächsten FirstSpirit Releases (Ende April für Version 4.2R4 und Ende Mai für Version 5.0) einen Workarounds für diesen JDK-Bug bereitstellen, falls Oracle keine zeitnahe Problembehebung zur Verfügung stellen kann.
JDK Bug in Java 1.6 and 1.7
In the last (security) updates of the Java runtime environment from February 2013, a JDK bug was introduced in the dialog window handling.
This has effects on the functionality of the FirstSpirit Java Client and the Administration Console in version 4.x and 5.x.
Affected are the Oracle JDK / JRE versions
- 1.6 from U39 and upward
- 1.7 from u13 and upward
Currently two functions in FirstSpirit are known to be affected by this JDK bug:
- Administration Console: Import of projects
- JavaClient: External preview of images from the media library
e-Spirit will provide a workaround for this JDK bug in the next FirstSpirit releases (late April for version 4.2R4 and late May for version 5.0) if Oracle cannot provide a bugfix for this problem.
