For clients that do their own hosting, if you need to whitelist the Crownpeak publishing server IP addresses, below you will find the IP Addresses for the publishing servers.   

CMS Publishing Server IP Addresses

54.208.78.148

54.208.10.115

All outbound SFTP traffic will be from one of the three IP addresses noted above.
