Generating Reports in Consent as a Service (CaaS)

Introduction

To review consent actions and download reports, you will use the report builder available from the CaaS dashboard.

This module is for decision makers and developer with questions about what to expect from the report creation tool.

By completing this module, you will understand where to access reports, the features of the report creation tool and how to download your data.

Steps

  1. Go to Reports > Reports
  2. From the Reporting Options screen, select the application you will create a report for
  3. From the next dropdown, select the Recordtype that report should include.
    1. The options here will be based on the schema. By default, these are impression, consent, decline and withdraw.
  4. Select Action: This is a customer defined property of the selected Recordtype. You will work with support to define these.
  5. Select Breakdown to group the report data on an additional customer defined property.
  6. Select date range
  7. Select Run Report to see the on-screen display and download link.
    • On-screen you’ll see a limited number of fields - application, os, applicationid, browser, countryname, country, userid. Up to 31 fields are available from select list
    • All available fields available in the table below

  1. Select Download Report for a CSV file
  2. The report history is stored and available from Reports > Report History.
