Pictures

In FirstSpirit (version 4.2) you add pictures using a text-picture-section-template. The request is that it should be possible to add pictures without creating a new template. It would also be nice if you have more freedom regarding the outlining of text around a picture.

Hi Tim.

In the JavaClient, there are various ways to upload images: menu-item, drag&drop, import-wizard and ...the upload-button next to the input-component (that you mention here).

If you are talking about the WebClient, there is also an alternative way to upload media-files: Extras >> switch to media-store >> add new picture / document ...

Regarding the other question: It's depending on the designed and developed template, what kind of possibilities you have (as an editor) to place an image in/next to your text. What you are asking for, is the possibility to place images - wherever - in the middle of the DOM text. In that case, certain restrictions (regarding the layout of the whole website) can not be defined.
