You probably will want to use /accessapi/User/getvisibleusers
You can access the full list of of available endpoints, including a section on user specific endpoints by going to:
https://cms.crownpeak.net/{InstanceName}/cpt_webservice/swagger/ui/index
Replace {InstanceName} with your CMS instance name. You can do some simple tests as well.
