Yes, Forms are generally included in a WCO snippet and the HTML from a snippet is fully customizable. When you first insert a WCO form into a snippet, WCO generates some boilerplate HTML code but this HTML code can be changed as needed. The only thing you would need to retain from the boilerplate code would be the form's action url, fieldnames and the hidden fields which include the WCO form id. All other html can be changed. So essentially you can include classes from your pre-existing CSS or style the boilerplate code that WCO generates.
