Adding new clinic to the website

Hello, 

I'm attempting to add a new clinic (Dallas Center) to our website Find Locations in Perry, Iowa (IA) - Page 1 - Dallas County Hospital, Perry, Iowa (IA) (dallascohosp... through Crownpeak and feel like I've done it right as it shows Live and has a green box next to it, but it's not populating on our website. I've tried every fix I can think of and have navigated through all the options and tutorials but am stuck. Can you tell me why it's showing up as Live but yet not populating on the website?
