Fix of occasional missing spaces in PDF files downloaded from Internet Explorer 11 (OCD-5415)

When downloading a report as PDF format using Internet Explorer 11, an occasional loss of space could be seen. This issue is now resolved.

Download Center Page Scalability Improvements (OCD-7030)

Page by page, we are migrating pages to the latest coding frameworks for scalability improvements.

In this release, the “Download Center” for Managers has been migrated to Angular.
