DG Release (Info Page Update) - 16 Nov 2021

This release contains updates for our AdNotice product. We have upgraded links that previously pointed to "info.evidon.com" to now point at "l3.evidon.com" This has a few benefits:

• Vendor opt-out pages have an updated design
• Geo-specific pages no longer rely on TLD
• Browser language is used to serve the correct translations

Additionally, we have changed the "More information & opt-out options" to open directly to a secure page rather than redirecting from non-secure to the secure version of the page.
