This release (23.17.0) contains the following minor enhancements and bug fixes for UCP:

Limit ability to override GPC flag while using templates in UCP notice settings
Bug fix for opening Options Dialog automatically when GPC is not enabled in browser.
Bug fix in AutoPop process to add/remove vendors at state level for US & Canada using Scan Data.
Bug fix for ability to access "back button" on Options Dialog while navigating using keyboard.
