We are excited to announce the release of version 25.15.0 of the Universal Consent Platform (UCP). This update brings significant enhancements to ensure compliance with key state privacy regulations and improve the overall user experience. Key Enhancements

  1. Integration with State Privacy Regulations
    • The UCP now seamlessly integrates with major state privacy regulations, including:
      • Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act (DPDPA)
      • Iowa Consumer Data Protection Act (ICDPA)
      • Nebraska Data Privacy Act (NDPA)
      • New Hampshire Privacy Act (NHPA)
      • Maryland Online Data Privacy Act (MODPA)
      • New Jersey Data Privacy Act (NJDPA)
      • Tennessee Information Protection Act (TIPA)
      • Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act (MCDPA)
    • India Digital Personal Data Protection Act (IDPDPA)
  2. Default Compliance Templates
    • To simplify your compliance efforts, default templates tailored for each of the above regulations are now readily available. This feature streamlines your compliance journey, making it easier to navigate complex requirements.
  3. Expanded Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) Rights
    • In accordance with the new regulations, we have enhanced support for Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR). You can now ensure compliance with DPDPA, ICDPA, NDPA, NHPA, MODPA, NJDPA, TIPA, MCDPA, and IDPDPA efficiently, empowering your organization to manage data requests with ease.

Additional Improvements

Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed a minor bug related to translations in the Universal Consent Platform.
  • Resolved a minor bug with notice settings in UCP.

Upgraded jQuery Version:

  • Minor enhancements have been made by upgrading the jQuery version, improving overall platform performance.

Enhanced User Experience:

  • Added sorting functionality to the regulation and DSAR dropdowns for improved ease of use.
