One thing that's puzzling me is that if I go to https://community.crownpeak.com/# and, using the Javascript console, run window.evidon.notice.showOptions() there, it'll show your Options dialog with a very small number of Categories. That's what we want. And we want categories at the level of Essential, Performance and Advertising, similar to what is shown on your site.
I'm not sure how to set that up through Vendor/Category configuration.
