Services not available due to expired certificate

Within the process of the planned certificate exchange for the * certificate, mistakes have been made.

When the certificate expired today, there were still individual points in our infrastructure where the old certificate was still being used.

The old certificate expired on 2022/02/05 at 2 pm CEST, as a result of which some services of isolated customers were unavailable for a period of 45 to 60 minutes.

All services were reachable again with the new valid certificate at 3 pm CEST for all customers.

The following services were affected: 

  • CaaS 
  • SmartSearch 
  • Webforms
