[RELEASE] CaaS 2020-08-12

Hi everybody,

we have published a new CaaS release today. The versions contained are CaaS platform 2.14.1 and CaaS module 2.13.3.

Starting with CaaS platform version 2.14.0 we have integrated security features back to the Rest API container again, instead of having a separate proxy container.
