I'm getting an error or warning when trying to run Page Checker
If you are getting an error or warning when using Page checker on a secure environment you need to ask your IT team to allow a network route from your server(s) to https://api.crownpeak.net and http://api.digitalqualitymanager.com. This ensures that data can be passed and returned through our CMS API.
I can't see my bookmarks in my browser
If you can't see your browser's bookmark toolbar then you need to make it visible. This can be done within the menu you you browser. Look for "Show bookmarks bar".
When I run Page Checker, the new tab gets blocked or doesn't open
Your browser may display a message that a popup window has been blocked. Click on the yellow panel and choose "always allow pop-ups from this site" from the options provided.
Some of my checkpoints are missing from Page Checker
Issues relating to file properties for images (such as size) and PDFs (such as title) cannot be validated within Page Checker. It is therefore important to check these issues in the DQM platform hen reviewing your website’s performance.
It is important that you install the version of Page Checker of your own Website Dashboard because it is specially configured for your site. If you have multiple sites where each is configured for different spelling languages or different checkpoints, you will need to have multiple instances of the Page Checker installed - one for each website.
