Jira Integration: User Guide

The Jira integration in DQM allows you to create Jira tickets directly within the platform. Created Jira tickets are linked to a DQM issue. You can access the created tickets directly in DQM.

For more information on the onboarding process, take a look at the Jira Integration: Onboarding Guide.

Close a completed ticket in DQM before the next scan

The DQM Jira integration is one-directional. Information only flows from DQM to Jira. Therefore, once you have completed a ticket in Jira, you can separately close this ticket in DQM before the next scan. Tickets for resolved checkpoints will not be visible after the next scan.

  • Navigate to the Analyzer.
  • Click on the button showing the Jira ticket ID.
→ A pop-up window showing more detailed information opens.
  • Click Close ticket.
