Users of the platforms change all the time and may be internal or external or our organization.  Therefore, the ability to send email messages to all or a subset of users would allow us to share important and timely news to all users with confidence and without having to maintain email distribution lists elsewhere.

Great idea. We'll see how the community reacts to this idea, but in the meantime, there is a workaround.

On the user page, at the top, there is a link to export the list of users to CSV.

With that export, you can use the Outlook Mail Merge feature to send bulk emails.

You're able to filter the CSV to target Active or Inactive users or target by permission group.

I can understand how it would be more convenient to have the feature built into DXM, but hopefully, this helps while the idea is being considered.
