6. The starting URL or XML sitemap no longer works Please note that this can be a temporary outage during the scan, an intermittent outage on the server where the site is hosted or that the URL is permanently unavailable.
7. The starting URL is returning a broken page status There are occasions where the page may be working but the websites server is reporting the page as broken (404). Please coordinate with your IT team to update your web servers configuration to indicate that the page is working.
If the Website dashboard starting URL needs to be updated, simply create a ticket for our Support Team, and provide the relevant information.
