Hi Ari-Weissman,

Thank you for getting on it. I want to enable editors to setup a message/notification across the CMS for end-users. This message/notification will be time bound.  As an example snapshot given below

If I understand correctly, you would like to place a message/notification in the CMS for CMS users. Unfortunately, we don't have that functionality built into the platform at this time.

I encourage you to submit the idea as a feature request in our Ideas Exchange. Our product team reviews all submissions and you'll be able to track if there is progress.
