WRN: Assembly binding logging is turned OFF.
To enable assembly bind failure logging, set the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog] (DWORD) to 1.
Note: There is some performance penalty associated with assembly bind failure logging.
To turn this feature off, remove the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog].

Hi -
This is the currently supported version of Visual Studio, so I recommend contacting product support to help troubleshoot and resolve this.
You should send a ticket through the Case Portal.
If you don't currently have access to the portal, you can request it with this form.
Best,
Denise
