Include restricted Checkpoints in the time series chart on the Current Status page (OCD-7728)
When switching the view to be able to see restricted Checkpoints, the time series chart will update and include those checkpoints to provide users with more insights on timeseries.
When a dashboard currently does not contain any pages to scan it is not is listed in the Website Leader Board ranking widget on the Current Status page (OCD-6934)
Websites that contain 0 pages have now been removed from the Website Ranking table on the Current Status page.
Users can still see the removed Websites by clicking through to the Website Leader Board.
