OCD-24607 - Issues per checkpoint clickthrough to issue
As part of our efforts to improve the new DQM UI we have made changes to the functionality based on feedback that we have received. The links found in the dropdown table of the Issues per Checkpoint page now connect directly to the issue details page instead of website overview. This makes it easier for users to see the exact list of issues being flagged by the top-level table.
