Expose Last scanned date on Analyzer
The last scanned date has been added to a prominent section of the page so that it is clearly visible from all section of Page Analyzer. This is to help address misunderstandings of data inconsistencies by providing a clear date on when the page was last scanned and what issue was visible on the page during this time. This change also complements the new setting to show all issues based on the last scan information, making the behavior of showing issues consistent and clear within the DQM platform.
