Fix of occasional issue when downloading the Issue Summary (OCD-8140)
DQM ensures to exclude special characters in checkpoint names that can potentially interfere with Microsoft Excel and other data software.
In this fix we added an additional rule to exclude special characters, therefore customized checkpoints should not cause issues or have missing data when downloading excel sheets.
