Crownpeak is reporting issues on the use of prohibited words and phrases. I am looking for guidance on how to remediate this. We provide benefits to members that are free and so using the word free is not jargon...I am curious as to why this is an issue?
This particular checkpoint is a custom setup for WellCare where the requested words have been provided, rather than a suggestion from Crownpeak.
If you wish to change this and are the DQM administrator, please raise a support ticket with the request. If you are not the administrator, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager <email@example.com> who will be able to point you in the right direction.
