Why is this important?

There are many different image file types available and they serve different purposes. Some image file types are larger than others and are focused on non-web material such as print media. It is suggested to use web friendly image types such as jpg, gif or png to ensure that websites load quickly and efficiently.

How can I resolve this issue?

Use an image editor to save the image to a web friendly format such as jpg, gif or png
