Some user experiencing issues creating new support cases
We've identified an issue with the Support Case Portal where some users are unable to create new cases. The issue appears to have been caused by an update by the platform provider and we are working with them to resolve the issue quickly.
In the meantime, if you have a support request or questions, you can submit them via email at support@crownpeak.com or via one of the product forums here on the Crownpeak Community.
