Crownpeak is continuing to focus on improving our Customers’ experience with our products and services. As such we have rolled out an initiative to communicate the status of our Products through new and improved product status pages that users can visit, subscribe to, and quickly see the current status of the product. Crownpeak introduced status pages for DXM, DQM and DG products early 2021 through our Community site. Although this addressed a need, the original status pages had some limitations. In particular, notifications to subscribers were inconsistent and status updates often did not reach the intended audience.
Crownpeak is moving our existing product status pages to provide a more robust solution. This will be a replacement for the existing status pages for DXM Status, DQM Status and DG Status currently located on the Crownpeak Community site. In addition, we will be introducing a new status page for our FirstSpirit product.
- The status page for each product will provide current status of their respective environments.
- Users can subscribe to the status page or pages for all Crownpeak products.
- All major events i.e. issues that impact more than one client and have either lasted more than an hour or are expected to last more than an hour, can be monitored from these status pages.
- Status events will be provided directly to all subscribers for the respective products, in the event there is a product issue impacting parts of the product, via email in addition to reflecting current status on the page.
- Subsequent updates will be provided to all subscribers with incident updates until resolution both via email and on the status page.
- Upon resolution a final notice will be provided to all subscribers both via email and on the status page.
- Incident history will be available to customers from the status page, including full details and resolution details.
Customers wishing to subscribe to the Crownpeak Status Pages
Individual status pages have been created for each Crownpeak Product Line. To subscribe, users should do the following:
- Go to each product page you wish to subscribe to:
- Click on SUBSCRIBE in the top right corner.
- Fill in the form (subscriber name, email address, and CAPTCHA value) and click on Subscribe to email notifications.
- Check for an email from StatusIQ to confirm your email address.
- Click on Confirm Submission to validate your email address.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Do I need to subscribe to each page? Each product maintains its own subscription base. Only subscribe to the products which you wish to receive notifications from.
- Do I have to subscribe in order to monitor issues? No you can monitor the status page for updates periodically. It is recommended however that you subscribe so you do not miss any issues or updates.
- Do issues that only impact my instance appear in the status page? No the status page will only reflect issues that impact multiple customers. Issues specific to a single customer will be handled directly with that customer until such time other clients are identified.
- Can I unsubscribe if I do not wish to receive notifications? Yes if you wish to unsubscribe, you can visit the status page, click on SUBSCRIBE and select manage subscription.
- Who do I contact if I have any questions? For any questions or issues with subscribing to the status page, please contact customer support.
