Category Compliance Page - Show only categories with public checkpoints

We have updated the Category filter so that it will only display the list of Categories with available results. This is intended to improve the user experience by only providing options with meaningful content and reducing instances where the no data warning is displayed on the page. (OCD-23126)

Complete penetration tests recommendations

We have completed work to address findings found during the recurring penetration tests that are performed on DQM to ensure that we maintain the level of security that DQM adheres to. As we had expected, the penetration tests revealed no critical issues, however, there was scope for further minimizing the risks related to scanned client content that include suspicious code. The solution involved adding proxies, updating APIs, and reviewing connected front-end environments. (OCD-23624, OCD-23523, OCD-23526)
