Accessing window.evidon.notice.country

Hi All;

First time working with Evidon, and am having troubles getting the window.evidon.notice.country value. I keep getting error message of window.evidon.notice undefined. The scripts from evidon that are loaded are:

country.js

settings.js

snthemes.js

evidon-sitenotice-tag.js

What am I missing? Have tried moving the call (var eCountry = window.evidon.notice.country;) to get that value to various spots in the provided evidon script but no luck. Any help (or example) appreciated.

Thanks

Hello @netkitchen  thank you for the question.  Generally when window.evidon.notice or in this case window.evidon.notice.country returns as "undefined" it means that the UCP script is not implemented on the page. From the sounds of it you are seeing some of the evidon scripts being loaded though.  Because this issue seems to be specific to your account and not a general question can you please open up a support case here: https://community.crownpeak.com/t5/forums/postpage/board-id/@support

Please provide specifics such as the URL you are noticing this on and the account you are working in and we can begin troubleshooting.

Thanks,
