Requesting access to create a support case

If you need product assistance, please search the discussions and articles for answers.

However, if you have an issue that cannot be addressed through peer support, you will need access to create a support case, through the Case Management section under Training & Support

If you don't see that option in your navigation, just send a request to our support team and they can update your access.
