Why is my dashboard displaying zero pages?


Here are common reasons why a dashboard would not scan properly:

1. The website URL has moved from http to https or vise versa
Example: moving from to 

2. The websites domain has changed
Example: moving from to 

3. The starting URL has been moved
Example: moving from to

4. Shortcuts or redirects have been set up that is different from the starting URL
Example: moving from to
or if now redirects to

5. The sitemap has been changed
Example: moving from to

6. The starting URL or XML sitemap no longer works
Please note that this can be a temporary outage during the scan, an intermittent outage on the server where the site is hosted or that the URL is permanently unavailable.

7. The starting URL is returning a broken page status
There are occasions where the page may be working but the websites server is reporting the page as broken (404). Please coordinate with your IT team to update your web servers configuration to indicate that the page is working.
