Why do issue 'queries' sometimes get deleted?
If Crownpeak DQM is unable to locate a particular web page after consecutive scheduled scans the platform considers that the page no longer exist and removes it from the system. If this happens, any issue queries associated with this page will also get removed from the Queries section within the Admin & Profile Dashboard.
However, if Crownpeak DQM rediscovers this page at a later date (e.g. it was temporarily unavailable for several weeks before getting restored) we will re-associate the original query with the page in question. It will then appear again in the Queries section.
