WTF happened to my cases?
Where is the "case portal?"
I go to "support.crownpeak.com" every 10 minutes, all day, every day.

The portal is available from the Training & Support section.
You will need to use this form to request access to see it.
Once support confirms access, your cases will be visible there.
I've had continuous access to CASES for 4 years.
This transition/migration to Lithium should be thorougly assessed for quality and success.
I had access restored.
