Once a bug is submitted to the engineers, they are lost into la-la land. It would be nice to be able to see the bugs and their triage/fix state.
A) We know it's not forgotten about
B) We have a sense of completion timeline
C) We can see if there are existing bugs identified before opening a support case. We have to option of raising it to try to get the bug more visibility.
D) BONUS: If people could vote on them. The community is a powerful tool if used.
