Checkpoints - The title tag should contain more than one word

 

It is also convenient way for screen reader users to find out if they have accessed the correct page in their browsers.

Title text should contain a meaningful description of the page. A single word, like ‘Report’ or ‘Customers’, may not provide an adequate description of the page’s content. This is especially the case if the page has multiple reports or customers pages.

Technical Details The checkpoint examines the entire HTML source code of a page and reports if any <title> element contains just one word.
