Checkpoints - Screen orientation should not be locked

 

Some users may have their devices mounted in a fixed orientation (e.g. on the arm of a power wheelchair). Therefore, websites and applications need to support both orientations by not restricting the orientation of the web page.

Affects Accessibility (WCAG 2.1, 1.3.4)
Technical Details This checkpoint will flag all pages that include one of the following code: screen.lockOrientation, screen.mozLockOrientation, screen.msLockOrientation
