Checkpoints - Do not use "onmousedown" without "onkeydown"

Many users of assistive technologies use their devices with the keyboard or through a keyboard interface. Therefore it is recommended to pair both the keyboard event handlers and mouse event handlers.
Affects: Accessibility  (WCAG 2 Level A, 2.1.1.)
Technical Details:  This checkpoint examines the entire HTML source code and reports if the onmousedown event is used in conjunction with the onkeydown event
